TEHRAN -- In a meeting with the head of Foreign Ministry's Representative Office in Mashhad, Khorasan Province, Turkmen deputy foreign minister on Sunday, said that new facilities have been provided for issuing visas for Iranians who intend to visit Turkmenistan. 
	
	
 He also called the current restrictions for issuing visas for Iranian and other foreign nationals, temporary arrangements. .
