The following files are necessary to build and use a standalone Allegro Lisp image, that reads in RASP3 trees and returns RMRSs: LISP source: build_standalone.lsp standalone-image.lsp standalone-server.lsp Build script: build_standalone_image.sh Execution script: start_rasp3_rmrs_server.sh While these files assume an LKB source installation, they need some customisation: build_standalone_image.sh: acl_home should be set start_rasp3_rmrs_server.sh: lkb_home should be set Running build_standalone_image.sh requires the lkb_home path as an argument. (The distibution of input arguments and shell variables is just a 'historial accident'.) The socket interface is not packaged and requires a ctrl-q (\u0011) terminator in both directions. (Newer versions of RASP may annotate the tree results with the number of the analysis. This must be removed as the Lisp side of the socket uses the Lisp reader and expects a specific sequence of structures. This is a consequence of the original conversion code.) I hope these notes are clear and useful. C.J. Rupp 13.11.08 (Fortunately, not a Friday.)
