* The sheets in the spreadsheet are in this order: Jill (a), Sheena (b), 
  Rachael (c), kariamlo (d), rachael (duplicate; identical to (c)), 
  IngridHanssen (e), pablov (f), leanne.droyer (g), wolfe (h), Nystuen (i), 
  varinoj (j), jack (k)

* Excel does not seem to support UTF-8, so it containt ISO-8859-1 coding. (The alternative is UTF-16).
